The house is bright and beau­ti­ful­ly furnished, with access to a large garden and several terraces – perfect for a relaxing holiday, play, and quality time with the whole family. This holiday home is an ideal choice for families seeking both re­laxa­tion and acti­vi­ties in a scenic setting close to the beach.

Welcome inside: The holiday house was built in 2000 and partially renovated in 2014 with a new kitchen, floors, ceilings, and modern fur­nis­hin­gs. The open-plan kitchen and living area features a large south-facing glass wall that can be fully opened onto the terrace, providing plenty of natural light. There is a spacious dining area, com­fortab­le sofas, TV with Danish DR channels, Chro­mecast (requires own streaming subscrip­tion), and a wood-burning stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential ap­pli­an­ces.

The bathroom is modern with a shower and un­der­floor heating, and there is also a utility room with a washing machine and freezer.

The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds (pushed-together single beds) and one with a large bunk bed (90x200 cm). The house is spacious and furnished with quality furniture, com­fortab­le beds, and cozy corners for play, reading, and re­laxa­tion. A high chair is provided, making it perfect for a family holiday. Heating is via a heat pump and wood-burning stove (note: radiators in the bedrooms are switched off).

Free Wi-Fi is available throug­hout the house, and final cleaning is mandatory.

Enjoy life outside: The holiday home features a lovely outdoor area with a large garden and several terraces. Children can enjoy the tram­po­li­ne, play in the sandbox, or spend time in the playhouse. The garden offers plenty of sheltered corners for relaxing, sun­bat­hing, and enjoying the fresh air. Garden furniture, sun loungers, parasols, a grill, and the tram­po­li­ne are available for guest use. There is a play­gro­und, football goal, and pétanque court close to the house. Plenty of green areas with tables and benches where you can also have a bonfire. The house is near the beach with the most beautiful sunsets, in a lovely area where you can enjoy long walks and explore the sur­ro­un­dings.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The holiday house is located at Kongsmark Strand on the west coast of Zealand, just 400 metres from the beach and 2.1 km from shops and re­stau­rants at Stillinge Strand. Kongsmark Strand is a sandy beach with a few stones and offers a beautiful view of the Great Belt and the Storebælt Bridge.

The area is quiet and scenic, yet within a short distance are the towns of Korsør, Slagelse, and Skælskør, offering good shopping, cafés, and re­stau­rants.
