Bright and well-furnished holiday house in a quiet, scenic location close to the beach and forest – perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Welcome inside: The holiday house is bright and ta­ste­ful­ly furnished, featuring a combined kitchen and living area. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, dis­hwas­her, and fridge/freezer. The living room is designed in a light, con­tem­porary style with vaulted ceilings, large windows, and skylights that fill the space with natural light. From here, you have direct access to the partially covered terrace.

The living area includes a cosy dining space, com­fortab­le sofas and armchairs, as well as both a heat pump and a wood-burning stove, ensuring a pleasant tem­pe­ra­tu­re all year round. A Smart TV with access to Danish DR channels and streaming services (own subscrip­tions required) is also available.

The bathroom is fitted with tiled floors, un­der­floor heating, and a shower. There is also a practical utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and an ad­di­tio­nal microwave. The house has three bedrooms – one with a double bed and two with double sofa beds. Heating is provided via heat pump, wood stove, and electric heating.

Free wireless internet (fibre) is available.

Rental to youth groups where all guests are aged 15–25 is not permitted.

Enjoy life outside: The house sits on a 1,262 m² plot and has a partially covered terrace. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided, and there is also a tram­po­li­ne on the property for the enjoyment of children and the young at heart.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The holiday house is located in a quiet and scenic holiday home area on Sejerø Bay near Vollerup Strand on the northern side of Røsnæs. The beach is only about 400 metres away and also offers good fishing op­portu­ni­ties.

The area is sur­ro­un­ded by Vollerup Skoven, which is rich in wildlife and birdlife, providing nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces all year round. Nearby is Denmark’s largest vineyard, offering guided tours with wine tasting. At the tip of Røsnæs, there is a protected nature reserve with hilly and dramatic terrain, ideal for long walks and cycling tours.

The nearest shopping fa­ci­li­ties are about 4.8 km away, and the centre of Ka­lund­borg is around 8 km from the house. Here you will find shops, a pe­de­stri­an street, cafés, re­stau­rants, the harbour park, and the charming old town with its more than 800-year-old five-towered church – de­fi­ni­te­ly worth a visit.
