Welcome inside: This 2011 holiday home offers an open-plan layout combining the kitchen and living area. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with a built-in oven, induction hob, microwave, dis­hwas­her, and fridge/freezer. The living room features vaulted ceilings, large windows with plenty of natural light, and direct access to a partially covered terrace. Here you will find com­fortab­le leather sofas, a cozy dining area, a wood-burning stove, TV with Danish DR channels, satellite with German channels, Chro­mecast for streaming (requires your own subscrip­tion), and a DVD player.

The house has two bathrooms, one of which includes a spa bath, shower, and un­der­floor heating. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided. There are four bedrooms – two with double beds and two with two single beds each. Heating is supplied via ground-source heat pump and wood-burning stove. A travel cot and high chair are also available.

Free wireless internet (fibre con­nection) is provided, and final cleaning is mandatory. The house is not rented to tra­despe­op­le or youth groups.

Enjoy life outside: The holiday home sits on a 1,416 m² natural plot and features several partially covered wooden terraces. The garden is equipped with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, gas and charcoal grills, a swing, sandbox, and tram­po­li­ne – perfect for children and relaxing outdoor moments.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The house is just 300 meters from the coast on Røsnæs, sur­ro­un­ded by rugged, wild, and beautiful nature with fantastic views over the Great Belt. Beach access is via a path through the forest below the house.

The Røsnæs peninsula, located near Ka­lund­borg, is the wester­n­most point of Zealand and about 110 km from Co­pen­ha­gen. The area is known for its mild and dry climate and is one of the sunniest regions in Denmark. The hilly terrain offers excellent op­portu­ni­ties for walking and cycling.

The nearest shops are 3 km away, while the harbor town of Ka­lund­borg offers a wide range of stores as well as the historic old town, Højbyen, with its cha­ra­cte­ri­stic cobbled streets and the iconic five-towered church.
