Welcome inside: This 2011 holiday home offers an open-plan layout combining the kitchen and living area. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with a built-in oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. The living room features vaulted ceilings, large windows with plenty of natural light, and direct access to a partially covered terrace. Here you will find comfortable leather sofas, a cozy dining area, a wood-burning stove, TV with Danish DR channels, satellite with German channels, Chromecast for streaming (requires your own subscription), and a DVD player.
The house has two bathrooms, one of which includes a spa bath, shower, and underfloor heating. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided. There are four bedrooms – two with double beds and two with two single beds each. Heating is supplied via ground-source heat pump and wood-burning stove. A travel cot and high chair are also available.
Free wireless internet (fibre connection) is provided, and final cleaning is mandatory. The house is not rented to tradespeople or youth groups.
Enjoy life outside: The holiday home sits on a 1,416 m² natural plot and features several partially covered wooden terraces. The garden is equipped with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, gas and charcoal grills, a swing, sandbox, and trampoline – perfect for children and relaxing outdoor moments.
Get up close to the local attractions: The house is just 300 meters from the coast on Røsnæs, surrounded by rugged, wild, and beautiful nature with fantastic views over the Great Belt. Beach access is via a path through the forest below the house.
The Røsnæs peninsula, located near Kalundborg, is the westernmost point of Zealand and about 110 km from Copenhagen. The area is known for its mild and dry climate and is one of the sunniest regions in Denmark. The hilly terrain offers excellent opportunities for walking and cycling.
The nearest shops are 3 km away, while the harbor town of Kalundborg offers a wide range of stores as well as the historic old town, Højbyen, with its characteristic cobbled streets and the iconic five-towered church.
