Beautiful holiday house with stunning sea views at Vollerup Beach on Røsnæs

Welcome inside: This bright and charming holiday house is filled with natural light from the large windows in the living room. The house features an open-plan kitchen and living area with a new Kvik kitchen from 2024, equipped with a built-in oven, hob, microwave, dis­hwas­her, and fridge/freezer.

The living room is light and inviting, with large windows providing plenty of natural light and bre­ath­taking sea views. From here, there is direct access to the terrace. The room includes a dining area, com­fortab­le sofas and armchairs, and a Smart TV with Danish DR channels and the More TV package via app.

The house has two bathrooms with showers, one of which also includes a washing machine. There are three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a 1½-person sofa bed (120x200 cm). Heating is provided via a heat pump, electric heating, and a pellet stove.

Note: The house is not rented to com­merci­al tra­despe­op­le or youth groups (ages 15–25).

Enjoy life outside: The property has direct access to the beach, allowing you to relax and enjoy sunny days on the terrace with specta­cu­lar sea views. In the evenings, you can light the barbecue and watch the peaceful sunsets.

There is also a cozy 27 m² con­ser­va­tory. Outside, there are garden furniture, a parasol, and a grill, and the front of the property is private. Access to the water is via a path from the road.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: Location is the key feature of this holiday house. With only 100 meters to the beach and the clear waters of Sejerø Bay, this well-main­tai­ned and charming home is situated on a quiet, narrow road that leads directly to the sea.

Vollerup is a scenic holiday home area on the northern side of Røsnæs, part of a larger holiday area about 10 km north of Ka­lund­borg. The area is close to Vollerup Forest, where wildlife and birds provide nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces throug­hout the year.

Nearby is Denmark’s largest vineyard, offering guided tours and wine tasting. At the tip of Røsnæs lies a protected natural area with dramatic, hilly terrain – perfect for long walks and cycling trips.

The nearest shopping is about 3 km away, and Ka­lund­borg town centre is 8 km away, offering shops, cafés, and re­stau­rants. The historic old town with its 800-year-old five-towered church is also worth a visit.
