Welcome inside: The holiday home features an open-plan living room connected to the kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom, entrance hall, glass-enclosed sunroom, and covered terrace. The kitchen is bright and fun­ctio­nal, with a dining corner, ceramic hob, microwave, dis­hwas­her, and fridge with freezer.

The living room offers a dining area and a com­fortab­le seating corner, with access to the 12 m² sunroom featuring large windows that fill the space with natural light. The sunroom has a cozy sofa area and fantastic sea views. A TV with Chro­mecast is available.

The bathroom is simple yet practical, with a sink, shower, and tiled floor. Sleeping ar­ran­ge­ments include three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a double sofa bed. Heating is provided via heat pump and electric heaters.

Enjoy life outside: The property sits on a plot of ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 850 m², offering plenty of space to enjoy the beautiful sea views. There is an open terrace with water views, as well as a covered tiled terrace with garden furniture, parasol, and barbecue – perfect for outdoor gat­he­rings.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The holiday home is close to a lovely sandy beach with views of the charming ferry and marina in Havnsø. The at­mosp­he­re around the harbor is unique, and fresh fish can be purchased directly from the boats. From the harbor, ferries run to Nekselø or Sejerø, both offering re­mar­kab­le nature and scenic walking trails. Just a few ki­lo­me­ters from the house lies the protected nature reserve Ve­ster­lyng – a beautiful heathland covered with heather and juniper, featuring sand dunes, grassy meadows, small lakes, and rare flowers. The area also boasts one of the country’s best beaches. In the quaint harbor town, you’ll find grocery stores and re­stau­rants around the marina. Anglers have excellent op­portu­ni­ties along the coast, and golfers can play at Ka­lund­borg Golf Club’s 18-hole course on Røsnæs.
