The house offers a guest toilet and a large bathroom where you can enjoy the home’s whirlpool and sauna. The well-equipped kitchen is open to the living area, which also includes a dining space. From the living room, you have access to a large, partially covered terrace. The house is heated by a heat pump and electric heating.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The holiday home is located close to the sea and fjord landscape by Ka­lund­borg Fjord. The house is set in a beau­ti­ful­ly hilly area near “Helles Klint,” a holiday home area on the southern side of the Røsnæs peninsula west of Ka­lund­borg. The Røsnæs Ligh­t­hou­se is also well worth a visit. At the beach, where a bathing jetty is installed during the summer season, you can admire im­pres­si­ve cliffs that are de­fi­ni­te­ly worth ex­pe­ri­en­cing. The nature is highly varied and cha­ra­cte­rized by steep cliffs and slopes, offering unique views over the sur­ro­un­ding sea.

The harbor town of Ka­lund­borg, located just 10 km from Røsnæs, offers a wide selection of shops, re­stau­rants, and grocery stores. In the old town of Ka­lund­borg, you can visit one of Denmark’s best-preserved medieval towns and an 800-year-old five-towered church.
