Welcome inside: The holiday house features a spacious and bright interior with a combined kitchen and living area. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, dis­hwas­her, washing machine, and fridge/freezer. The living room has direct access to the terrace and offers a com­fortab­le dining area, cosy sofas, and a charming wood-burning stove. There is also a TV with Danish channels and a satellite dish with German channels.

The house has two bathrooms with shower and un­der­floor heating – one of them luxurious­ly appointed with both a spa bath and sauna. There are four bedrooms, all with double beds, as well as a loft with two mattres­ses.

Enjoy life outside: The holiday house is situated on a plot of ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 1,000 m² and is sur­ro­un­ded by a tiled terrace that runs all the way around the house. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available, making it easy to enjoy sunny days and warm evenings outdoors.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The holiday house is located in a scenic holiday home area near Vollerup Strand on the northern side of Røsnæs. The area lies about 10 km north of Ka­lund­borg, over­look­ing Sejerø Bay, and also marks the beginning of the Røsnæs peninsula.

The beach is only around 700 metres away and can be accessed via a bathing jetty, leading to a sandy beach. The area offers good fishing op­portu­ni­ties. Nearby you will find Denmark’s largest vineyard, where guided tours with wine tasting are available. At the tip of Røsnæs, there is a protected nature reserve with a dramatic, hilly landscape, ideal for long walks and cycling trips.

The nearest shopping fa­ci­li­ties are ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 3 km away. In the harbour town of Ka­lund­borg, just 8 km from the house, you will find a wide selection of shops, cafés, and re­stau­rants. The charming old town with its more than 800-year-old five-towered church is also well worth a visit.
