Welcome inside: The holiday home features an open-plan layout with a combined kitchen and living area. The kitchen is bright and fully equipped with a ceramic stove, dis­hwas­her, microwave, and fridge with freezer. The living room is light-filled with large windows, offering stunning views, and provides access to a partially covered terrace. The space is furnished with a sofa, wood-burning stove, dining area, and TV (via Chro­mecast; requires your own streaming subscrip­tion)

The bathroom has a tiled floor, shower, and washing machine. The house has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (two single beds pushed together) and one with two single beds. Heating is provided via heat pump, wood-burning stove, and electric heaters.

Free wireless internet is available. Final cleaning is mandatory.

Enjoy life outside: The property sits on a 1,221 m² plot with a spacious wooden terrace. Here you can soak up the sun and enjoy the peaceful at­mosp­he­re while admiring the fantastic views. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a sun lounger, and a barbecue – perfect for relaxing and outdoor meals.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The holiday home is elevated with bre­ath­taking views over the sea, fjord, and co­un­trysi­de – from North Funen over the Great Belt Bridge, Ka­lund­borg Fjord, and Røsnæs’ vineyards all the way to the Sejerø Bay. It is located in the hilly “Helles Klint” summer house area on the south side of the Røsnæs peninsula, west of Ka­lund­borg.

The beach, where a bathing jetty is set up in summer, features im­pres­si­ve cliffs well worth a visit. The sur­ro­un­ding nature is varied and beautiful, cha­ra­cte­rized by high cliffs that provide ex­cep­tio­nal sea views. The beach is ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 800 meters away, and the nearest shops are 3 km from the house. In the harbor town of Ka­lund­borg, 10 km from Røsnæs, you will find a wide selection of shops, re­stau­rants, and amenities. The old town offers one of Denmark’s best-preserved medieval areas and an 800-year-old five-towered church.
