Welcome inside: The holiday house features an open-plan layout combining the kitchen and living area, with stunning views of the fjord. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stove, extractor hood, dis­hwas­her, and re­fri­ge­ra­tor, while the freezer is located in the garage. The living room is bright and inviting, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light and provide lovely views of the sur­ro­un­dings. Here you will find a leather corner sofa, a cozy dining area, wood-burning stove, and TV with Waoo leisure package.

The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The house has two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Heating is provided by a heat pump, wood-burning stove, and electric heating. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, there is an annex with a double bed and its own bathroom (note: the annex is only available from May 1 to September 30).

Wireless internet via fibre is available.

Note: The house is not rented to tra­despe­op­le or youth groups.

Enjoy life outside: The holiday house sits on a 1,580 m² plot with a tiled terrace offering fantastic views over Ka­lund­borg Fjord. The garden is equipped with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, parasol, and barbecue – perfect for relaxing and enjoying time outdoors.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The house is located in scenic sur­ro­un­dings with views over Kir­ke­bug­ten, Røsnæs, and the Great Belt. The hilly terrain is ideal for exploring nature. A 500-meter walk takes you to an 18-hole golf course, and Denmark’s largest vineyard is just 1 km away. The tip of Røsnæs, ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 4 km from the house, features protected natural areas and an extensive network of hiking and cycling trails.

Ka­lund­borg town centre is 8 km away and offers a wide selection of grocery and specialty shops, cafés, and re­stau­rants. In the medieval old town with the iconic five-towered church, you can explore the historic streets and charm. The beach is only 600 meters from the house, and the nearest grocery store is 2 km away.
