It is equipped with a ceramic stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, dis­hwas­her, and washing machine.

The living room is light and charming, with exposed ceiling beams and a wood-burning stove. It has direct access to a large, beautiful wooden terrace. Sofas and an armchair invite you to relax, and the dining area provides space for cozy indoor gat­he­rings. The TV offers access to YouSee TV via Chro­mecast; other streaming services require a personal login.

A small, cozy con­ser­va­tory with table and chairs provides extra living space. The bathroom is bright, with a shower and electric heating. The house has three bedrooms, all with double beds and electric heating. The home is heated via a heat pump, wood stove, and electric heating.

The house is elevated and private, with no neighbor over­look­ing, and only 200 meters from the beach. It is situated on the northern side of the beautiful Røsnæs peninsula and close to an 18-hole golf course. The Røsnæs peninsula near Ka­lund­borg is the wester­n­most point of Zealand, offering both wild nature and stunning views of the sea and fjord. The nearest shopping is 3.3 km away, while the harbor town of Ka­lund­borg, with re­stau­rants, shops, and acti­vi­ties, is about 8 km from the house.
