The holiday home, built in 2005, is furnished with a combined kitchen and living room. Bright kitchen with tiled floor, ceramic hob, re­fri­ge­ra­tor with freezer, and dis­hwas­her. Utility room with microwave and washing machine. Living room with vaulted ceiling, access to a partially covered terrace, a cozy dining nook, sofa, armchair, TV with Danish DR channels, and satellite TV with German channels. Bathroom with shower and un­der­floor heating. Three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with bunk beds (70 x 190 cm). The house is heated by a heat pump and electric heating.

The house is situated on a lovely 801 m² plot. There is a partially covered and well-sheltered tiled terrace. Garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, a barbecue, and 4 bicycles (2 adult bikes and 2 children’s bikes) are available.

The holiday home is pea­ce­ful­ly located on a quiet, closed road in the scenic area of Bisserup, only 200 meters from the coast, which offers a child-friendly beach. Bisserup is an idyllic holiday village with a cozy harbor at­mosp­he­re, good re­stau­rants, a grocery store, and beautiful forests. At Bisserup harbor, you can relax and enjoy a good meal. A 15-minute drive from the house brings you to Skælskør, a charming old market town with an idyllic historic town center featuring half-timbered houses, cour­ty­ards, and cobb­le­sto­ne streets. In Næstved, located 20 km away, you’ll find several excursion options, for example the amusement park BonBon-Land. If you wish to visit Co­pen­ha­gen, it can be reached in just over an hour by car.
