The holiday home was suc­ces­sful­ly renovated in 2023: The efficient heat pump, flat-screen TV with Chro­mecast, and the rain shower in the bathroom are among the modern touches, while the retro furniture adds soul and charm to the bright and inviting rooms. In the living room, you can take a reading break on the daybed, play board games at the dining table, or relax on the sofa with your knitting. If you enjoy cooking, you’ll ap­pre­ci­a­te the well-equipped open kitchen. There are three bedrooms – one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed, and the third with a sofa bed – allowing ac­com­moda­tion for five adults and one child.

Enjoy life outside
From the living room, you have direct access to a partially covered terrace where you can relax under the roof when the sun begins to set and the evening dew settles. During the day, you may prefer a sunny spot in the open, and the 1,202 m² plot offers plenty of space for play or lounging on the grass.

The small Mo­ni­cas­vej is a quiet cul-de-sac, ensuring peaceful and child-friendly sur­ro­un­dings. A network of paths makes it easy to get around the holiday home area, and you can reach the beach within minutes – whether you're up for a swim, skipping stones, or heading out in your own kayaks. A walk along the coast is highly recom­men­ded in almost any weather, and you’ll find places to light a bonfire or enjoy a packed lunch at picnic tables. The Stone Age village of Ertebølle and the charming harbour town of Løgstør are great local excursion spots, and for a scenic boat trip, you can take the ferry from Rønbjerg to the pi­c­tu­resque Limfjord island of Livø.
