The house includes a nice living room with dining area, wood burning stove and access to the terrace. In addition, there is a well-equipped kitchen in opening to the living room and 3 bedrooms where there is access to a loft with 2 beds in one of the bedrooms. Furthermore there is an entrance hall with washing machine and dryer, a bathroom with shower and a spa bath and a second bathroom with shower. The lake in front of the house has been cleaned up in 2020, so that tehre is water all the year round. There is a barrel sauna by the house.

Trend is a popular holiday home area with a nice and child-friendly beach, camping site and good opportunities for windsurfing and fishing. The area offers beautiful nature, and you are close to a restaurant and shopping facilities. Landal GreenParks with aquapark, bowling and tennis are close to the area. Trend is also known as an excellent kitesurfing area.
