The holiday home offers no less than 113 m² of space to spread out in. It’s a beautiful, modern, high-quality build from 2022. The obvious gathering point is the spacious living room, where you can light the wood-burning stove and cook something delicious in the well-equipped kitchen before sitting down together at the dining table for a good meal. If you’re in the mood for some en­tertain­ment, you’ll find Bluetooth speakers and a TV with Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, and German channels. And if re­laxa­tion is what you need, you can take advantage of the home’s spa and sauna. These are located in the two bathrooms, which are just as stylishly designed as the rest of the house. The layout also includes four bedrooms, each furnished with high-quality double beds.

Enjoy life outside
From the living room, kitchen, and one of the bedrooms, you have direct access to the terraces, making it easy to step outside when the sun is shining. One open terrace faces east, while another, partially covered, is oriented toward the southwest. Combined, the terraces measure 80 m², giving you plenty of room to lounge and enjoy the good life! You’ll also have excellent space for play and ball games on the 1,285 m² plot, which is sur­ro­un­ded by woodland and beautiful birch trees.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The house is located in a small cluster of holiday homes in the scenic Lo­uns­gaard area near Hvalpsund. The sur­ro­un­dings are beautiful, lush, and peaceful, and there are ample op­portu­ni­ties to get out in nature—whether you prefer long bike rides through the open landscape, coastal hikes, or re­fres­hing swims in the Limfjord. The local area also offers golfing and fishing in a put and take lake. In Hvalpsund, you can shop, dine out, enjoy the play­gro­und, or relax on the beach. From the harbour, you can take the ferry across the narrow sound if you want to explore Salling or drive on to Jesperhus Flower Park on the island of Mors.
