The holiday home was built in 2006 and, with its 91 m², offers plenty of space for six people. There are three bedrooms to make good use of, two with sofa beds and the third with a double bed – ad­di­tio­nal­ly, you also have access to a loft via a ladder in the living area. In the large bathroom, you can take a shower and use the washing machine if your summer clothes get stained. If the weather calls for warm sweaters and wind­bre­a­kers, you will surely ap­pre­ci­a­te the sauna, which is also found in the house. All year round, it is cozy to stay in the living room, which is a large and bright room with a vaulted ceiling, wood-burning stove, and com­fortab­le furniture. A modern kitchen is in­te­gra­ted with the living room, equipped with a dis­hwas­her and other great ap­pli­an­ces, making it easy to handle cooking during your holiday.

Enjoy life outside
Outside, you have space for both play and re­laxa­tion on the 1,327 m² plot. Beautiful deciduous trees shield the plot on several sides, and there is a nice lawn for ball games as well as terraces for more laid-back moments. Part of the terrace facing southwest is covered, while the southeast-facing terrace is com­ple­te­ly open.

If you need a peaceful setting around you, staying in Illeris at the end of a small, quiet road is perfect. It only takes a short walk to get down to the beach, known for its shallow, calm waters that attract both families with children and beginner-level surfers. The Illeris holiday home area lies just northeast of Hvalpsund, giving you easy access to the town’s good re­stau­rants and fun acti­vi­ties, including golf and fishing. You are close to a fishing lake, and if you want to rent bikes, kayaks, or SUP boards, these options are available in Hvalpsund.
