A tasteful renova­tion in 2020 has made all rooms com­fortab­le and inviting, including the three bedrooms, two of which are located upstairs. When you're not sleeping in or enjoying a siesta, you can gather in the ground floor living area, which combines kitchen and lounge in an open layout. The kitchen is spacious, offering plenty of room if the kids want to help bake buns or cook dinner, and the cosy sofa corner in the living room is perfect for crossword puzzles or movie nights on the flat-screen TV.

From the living room, there’s direct access to a small, enclosed courtyard with a partially covered terrace and a lawn. This peaceful green oasis is a joy to have on sunny days – and perfect for warm summer evenings when you want to fire up the grill, pour your favourite drinks, and stay outside as long as possible. Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
From the house, it only takes a few minutes on foot to reach Øster­bro­ga­de, where you'll find a great selection of shops open all year round. There are also excellent re­stau­rants in the town centre, and if you're in the mood for an ice cream cone, the harbour ice cream parlour is the place to go – where you can enjoy your treat with a view of the Limfjord. From the harbour, you can follow the scenic Frederik VII’s Canal all the way to Lendrup Beach – and in summer, guided canal boat tours are also available. Fishing and surfing are other popular acti­vi­ties in the area, and if you're into golf, you’re only a couple of ki­lo­metres from Løgstør’s golf course.
