Welcome inside
When the house was renovated in 2022, the living room was extended, making it even brighter and more spacious than before. On sunny days, you can open the patio door to create a seamless con­nection between the living room and the terrace, and if it’s chilly outside, you can light the wood-burning stove and make hot cocoa in the open kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine, and when it’s time for bed, there are three cosy bedrooms to choose from. If the teenagers or grand­pa­rents prefer to sleep a little away from the rest of the family, there’s a nice annex attached to the carport.

Enjoy life outside
The 1,207 m² plot is a true haven for families who love spending time outdoors. There are lovely terraces facing east, south and west – including a covered one for enjoying the light summer evenings – and for the children, there’s a swing set, a sandbox and a spacious lawn. The firepit is a great spot for gathering around bread on a stick and tall tales, and if you want to spend the whole night outdoors, you can even sleep in the garden’s charming shelter.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
From the quiet Abe­lo­nes­vej, paths and small roads make it easy to get around Trend, whether you're heading for the local football and pétanque courts or the child-friendly beach. Surfing and other water acti­vi­ties are also obvious options when staying this close to the Limfjord. If you bring bikes or hiking boots, you can look forward to long trips through the scenic sur­ro­un­dings. In nearby Rønbjerg, there’s a water park and bowling for indoor fun, and if you want to go fossil hunting for sea urchins and more, you can visit Ertebølle Hoved.
