Welcome inside
On the ground floor, the living room and kitchen are combined, so even if you're on cooking duty, you can still enjoy the company of your family and be part of the con­ver­sa­tion. When it’s chilly outside, both the wood-burning stove and energy-efficient heat pump come in handy. On sunny summer days, however, it’s probably more tempting to open the patio door and step straight into the garden. This level also includes a lovely bedroom, a stylish bathroom with a shower, and a practical utility room. Upstairs, you'll find an ad­di­tio­nal bedroom and a cozy TV lounge. The lounge features com­fortab­le armchairs and a sofa bed, making it possible to sleep here as well – and for extra privacy, you can simply draw the curtain to separate the sleeping area from the stairs.

The first-floor lounge opens directly onto a west-facing balcony, which, thanks to its scenic view and good glass wind­bre­aks, may easily become your favorite spot. It's an ideal place to sit with a good book—or simply let your thoughts wander as you gaze across the treetops and out to the fjord. The holiday home is set on a spacious 2,426 m² natural plot, which offers lovely places to relax and plenty of room to play. Children can enjoy the playhouse, sensory swing, and sandbox, while the whole family can join in a football match on the lawn before gathering for dinner on the partially covered terrace. If you arrive in an electric car, charging is available at the house.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The holiday home is pea­ce­ful­ly located in a quiet cul-de-sac, making it easy to explore Trend and the sur­ro­un­ding area. The local neig­h­bor­hood includes a play­gro­und, football pitch, and pétanque court. Within walking distance, you'll find Trend Inn and the nearby campsite with a mini golf course. Trend Beach is a popular desti­na­tion for families with children, nature lovers, and surfers alike, thanks to its shallow waters, relaxed vibe, and fantastic views across the Limfjord. Him­mer­Land Golf Club is just a 15-minute drive away, and the nearest fishing lake is only 3.5 ki­lo­me­ters from the house. For day trips, it’s a short drive to the Stone Age Center at Ertebølle or Landal Rønbjerg, and you can also take a ferry trip to the nature gem of Livø.
