Charming holiday house at Bjerge Strand with an unspoiled view of the sea, the wild garden, and beautiful nature

Welcome inside:
The holiday home, built in 2010, offers views of the water from almost every room. The house is divided into two main areas: a large space with an open ceiling and a loft.

The house features a combined kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction cooktops, a dis­hwas­her, and a re­fri­ge­ra­tor. The living room has access to the terrace and includes a wood stove, a good dining area, sofa, armchairs, and a TV with Waoo Flex TV package, which includes Danish, German, Swedish, and Norwegian channels.

The bathroom has a tiled floor, a shower area, and un­der­floor heating.

There are three bedrooms:

One with a double bed

One with a single bed

One with a bunk bed (80x200) and a double mattress on the loft above

Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, there is a separate annex with a double bed (please note that the annex is only available for use from May 1st through September 30th).

In the out­bu­il­dings, there is a washing machine and a re­fri­ge­ra­tor with a freezer available.

The house is heated by a wood stove and electric heating.

Free wireless internet (fiber optic) is available. Final cleaning is mandatory.

No rentals for con­tra­ctors or business purposes.

No rentals for youth groups aged 15-25.

Enjoy life outside: The house sits on a 1,408 m² natural plot, with a fenced garden and an open wooden terrace offering a wonderful panoramic view of the sea and sur­ro­un­ding nature. The large, wild garden in the fo­re­gro­und creates a feeling of being sur­ro­un­ded by nature.

Outdoor amenities include garden furniture, sun loungers, and a gas grill.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The summer house is located on a quiet road near Bjerge Nord­s­trand, just 200 meters from the beach in a peaceful area. The area is 15 km south of Ka­lund­borg.

The beach offers low dunes and a lovely sandy shore, which is very child-friendly as the water doesn’t get deep quickly.

The area around Bjerge Strand is in a scenic en­viron­ment, and the coastline is perfect for fishing. Bjerge Nord­s­trand, which stretches along the Great Belt, is located about ten ki­lo­me­ters south of Ka­lund­borg.

If you're looking for peace and beautiful nature, this is the place, as there are no shops or dis­tur­ban­ces. The nearest shopping options are in Gørlev, about 9.7 km from the house.

In Ka­lund­borg, you will find a wide range of in­te­r­e­sting specialty shops, re­stau­rants and more.
