Welcome inside: This inviting holiday house offers bre­ath­taking views of Ka­lund­borg Fjord, which can be enjoyed directly from the house and the large terrace. The entire property features a modern and com­fortab­le interior, with large windows in the living room that bring the sur­ro­un­ding nature and mag­ni­fi­cent fjord views indoors.

The house has three com­fortab­le bedrooms and a spacious open-plan living area combining the kitchen, dining area, and lounge. There is also a stylish bathroom with a shower, as well as in­te­gra­ted space for a washing machine and tumble dryer. From the living room, you have direct access to the terraces and the beautiful outdoor sur­ro­un­dings.

Enjoy life outside: The holiday home provides the ideal setting for making the most of the stunning fjord views. Sheltered at the rear of the house, you will find a cozy terrace with a barbecue, while part of the large terrace is partially covered.

The house is equipped with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue – perfect for long, relaxing days and warm summer evenings. The beach is only about 200 metres from the house, making it easy to enjoy a day by the sea or a re­fres­hing walk along the shoreline. An outdoor shower is also available for a re­fres­hing rinse after a visit to the beach.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The house is situated on the southern side of Røsnæs, sur­ro­un­ded by beautiful and varied nature with views of both the fjord and the peninsula’s di­stin­cti­ve landscape. The rolling terrain is ideal for walking and cycling, and both a sandy beach and a scenic 18-hole golf course are within easy reach.

Just 3 km from the house, you will find Denmark’s largest winery, offering guided tours and wine ex­pe­ri­en­ces. The tip of Røsnæs, ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 10 km away, features protected natural areas, a ligh­t­hou­se with specta­cu­lar views, and an extensive network of walking trails.

The centre of Ka­lund­borg is only 7 km from the holiday home and offers shops, specialty stores, cafés, and re­stau­rants. Here, you can also explore the charming old town and the town’s iconic five-towered church. The nearest grocery store is located just 5 km from the house.
