Welcome inside: Built in 2015, the holiday house is bright, modern, and ta­ste­ful­ly furnished. It offers plenty of space for the whole family with three com­fortab­le bedrooms, as well as a loft with space for two extra beds. The fun­ctio­nal and bright kitchen is open to the dining and living areas, where large windows provide beautiful natural light and wonderful views. From the living room, you have direct access to the cozy terraces and the green garden. The house also features a nice bathroom with a shower connected to the bedroom, plus an ad­di­tio­nal bathroom with shower, washing machine, and dryer.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The holiday house is located on the south side of Røsnæs, sur­ro­un­ded by beautiful and varied nature with views of both the fjord and the cha­ra­cte­ri­stic landscape. The hilly terrain is ideal for hiking and cycling, and both the beach and a scenic 18-hole golf course are within a short distance. Just 3 km from the house, you’ll find Denmark’s largest vineyard, offering guided tours. At the tip of Røsnæs, about 10 km away, you can explore protected nature, a ligh­t­hou­se with im­pres­si­ve views, and an extensive network of walking trails.

Ka­lund­borg town center is only 7 km from the house and offers great shopping, specialty stores, cafés, and re­stau­rants. Here, you can also explore the charming old town and the iconic five-towered church. The nearest grocery store is about 5 km from the holiday house.
