Enjoy your next holiday in this charming vacation home, located just one row back from the water – only 50 meters from a lovely swimming beach. Here you’ll find the perfect setting for a cozy and relaxing holiday close to the sea and nature.

Welcome inside: The house is spread over two floors and offers a unique view of the water from its spacious roof terrace. On the ground floor, you’ll find the entrance, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a charming, French-inspired open kitchen and dining area with a wood-burning stove. From here, you can step out onto a large, open terrace. Upstairs, there’s a cozy living room with another wood-burning stove and a lovely dining area with sea views.

Please note: The house is built on split levels connected by stairs and is therefore not suitable for people with walking dif­fi­cul­ties.

Enjoy life outside: Step out onto the beautiful terrace adjoining the kitchen or head up to the wonderful roof terrace, where you can soak up the natural sur­ro­un­dings and the stunning view over Kongsmark Beach as the sun sets. There are plenty of op­portu­ni­ties to enjoy sunny days and let the peaceful at­mosp­he­re take over. Take a stroll down to the beach for a re­fres­hing swim or a relaxing walk along the shore – and after a long day by the sea, fire up the grill and let the holiday spirit unfold.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The holiday home is located at Kongsmark Beach on the west coast of Zealand, just 50 meters from the beach and close to shops and several dining options at Stillinge Beach. Kongsmark Beach is a sandy beach with a few pebbles. From the house’s upper terrace, you can enjoy a stunning view over the Great Belt and even catch a glimpse of the Great Belt Bridge. Anglers will find good fishing spots along the coast, and for golf ent­hu­si­asts, there’s a golf course about 18 km away.

Within a short drive, you can visit the three market towns of Korsør, Slagelse, and Skælskør, offering great shopping, cafés, re­stau­rants, and plenty of ex­pe­ri­en­ces. The sur­ro­un­ding area has many exciting excursion options, such as the ancient Viking fortress Trel­le­borg, the Birkegården Gardens, or the Go High Climbing Park, which features over 100 different chal­len­ges and even canoeing in the moat. For a fun family outing, Gerlev Play Park, located between Slagelse and Skælskør, is a fantastic place where you can try tra­di­tio­nal games collected from all over Europe over the past 1,000 years.
