Welcome inside: This charming holiday home from 2004 offers a bright and inviting interior with a combined kitchen and living room. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, cooking hobs, dis­hwas­her, microwave, and a re­fri­ge­ra­tor with a small freezer com­part­ment.

The spacious living room features vaulted ceilings, large windows, and a skylight that provides wonderful natural light. From here, there is direct access to the terrace. The living area includes a cozy dining space and a com­fortab­le sofa corner with soft fur­nis­hin­gs. The house is equipped with a TV with Danish DR channels, satellite TV with German channels, and Chro­mecast for streaming services (personal login required).

The bathroom is bright and fun­ctio­nal, featuring tiled floors, un­der­floor heating, a shower cabin, and a washing machine. The house has two bedrooms, both furnished with double beds (made up of two single beds pushed together). In the living room, there is also a cozy alcove offering two ad­di­tio­nal sleeping spaces.

Enjoy life outside: The holiday house is situated on a lovely and private 850 m² plot with several beautiful terraces. There is both a south-west-facing open tiled terrace and a partially covered west-facing terrace where you can enjoy the morning sun in peaceful sur­ro­un­dings.

The house includes garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, barbecue, pétanque court, and a sandbox, making it perfect for outdoor re­laxa­tion and family fun.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The holiday house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the at­tra­cti­ve Næsby Strand area. From the road, you can catch a glimpse of the Great Belt and the Great Belt Bridge in the distance.

Just 500 metres from the house, you will find a lovely child-friendly sandy beach, easily ac­ces­sib­le via nearby walking paths. Shopping fa­ci­li­ties are also con­ve­ni­ent­ly located only 400 metres away.

The sur­ro­un­ding area offers many exciting at­tra­ctions and excursion op­portu­ni­ties, including the Viking fortress Trel­le­borg, Kragerup Manor, and the charming towns of Korsør, Skælskør, and Slagelse, all featuring shops, cafés, and re­stau­rants. For anglers, the coastline also offers excellent fishing op­portu­ni­ties.
