The house includes a bright living room with ceiling to tilt and woodburning stove in open connection with the nice kitchen. Modern bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The open attic room with 2 mattresses can be accessed from the living room. The large, partly covered terrace can also be accessed from the living room. There is an energy-saving heat pump There is a Chromecast in the hous, which can be used for streaming TV and movies, if you install the free app on your smart phone or tablet.  

The area

Trend is a popular holiday home area with a nice and child-friendly beach, camping site and good opportunities for windsurfing and fishing. The area offers beautiful nature, and you are close to a restaurant and shopping facilities. Landal GreenParks with aquapark, bowling and tennis are close to the area. Trend is also known as an excellent kitesurfing area.
