The house contains a living room with dining areain opening with a well equipped kitchen from where there is access to an open attic room. From here you can access the covered terrace with a very nice view. From the living room you can access a lowered living room with a sofa and a woodburning stove. There are 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 2 bunks placed on top of each other in L-shape and a nice open attic room with 2 mattresses. There is a guest toilet and a bathroom with jacuzzi and sauna. Outside there is wood you can use free of charge for the wood burning stove.

Trend is a popular holiday home area with a nice and child-friendly beach, camping site and good opportunities for windsurfing and fishing. The area offers beautiful nature, and you are close to a restaurant and shopping facilities. Landal GreenParks with aqua park, bowling and tennis are close to the area. Trend is also known as an excellent kitesurfing area. Within a half hour drive you can reach 5 different golf courses.
