Welcome inside
The holiday home features a well-fun­ctio­ning layout on split levels, where the TV lounge with wood-burning stove is a few steps down, yet in open con­nection with the kitchen-dining area equipped with a dining table and sofas. From here, there’s also a ladder up to a loft that serves as a great sup­ple­ment to the house’s three bedrooms, giving you sleeping space for six adults and two children in total. There’s also a guest toilet – in addition to a lovely bathroom that invites you to enjoy life while reclining in the spa or soaking up the warmth of the sauna. Speaking of warmth, you’re welcome to use the firewood stored in the house’s shed if you feel like lighting the wood-burning stove in the living room.

Enjoy life outside
Adjacent to the living area, there’s a partially covered terrace with a view, which serves as a nice seating spot when you want to enjoy the day’s late sunlight and the beautiful sur­ro­un­dings. You can also sit on the south side of the house or on the terrace area between the house and the shed – unless it’s time to play on the lawn of the 1,319 m² plot.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The sur­ro­un­dings are peaceful here at the end of the cul-de-sac, and it’s lovely to be neig­h­bours with a green area. The view of the water reminds you how close you are to the fjord, and you can quickly get there if you want to go for a swim or simply enjoy life by the shore. There are great op­portu­ni­ties for fishing and surfing in this popular holiday home area, and from Trend you also have easy access to several golf courses if you dream of filling your holiday with golfing. If you'd rather spend your time at a bowling alley or in a water park, Landal Rønbjerg is just a 15-minute drive away.
