Holiday home un­der­go­ing full renova­tion – with brand-new interiors, outdoor spa and great location (ready for Easter 2026)

Look forward to a holiday in a summer house currently in the midst of an extensive renova­tion! A brand-new kitchen, living room and bedrooms are being establis­hed – all featuring new ceilings, new floors and freshly painted walls, creating a bright, modern and welcoming at­mosp­he­re. The bathrooms have not yet been renovated, but will still provide eve­ryt­hing you need during your holiday. Outside, you can enjoy a brand-new, enclosed wooden terrace designed for wonderful outdoor living, and here you will also find an outdoor hot tub where you can relax with views towards the dunes. A swing is on the way too, giving the youngest members of the family a lovely place to play. In short, eve­ryt­hing is prepared for a relaxing holiday close to the North Sea – and two dogs are welcome.

Welcome inside

As soon as you step into the house, you will im­me­di­a­te­ly sense the fresh at­mosp­he­re brought by the renova­tion. The layout has been designed with focus on comfort and time together, and the new living room and open kitchen create the perfect space to gather for meals, play games or enjoy a cosy movie evening – all while taking in the scenic views of the summer cottage area through the large windows. The bedrooms are also being updated with new surfaces and a bright, pleasant at­mosp­he­re, giving you the ideal setting to unwind after a day by the water. Here, a family of six – and the four-legged friends – will quickly feel at home and enjoy peaceful sur­ro­un­dings with well-fun­ctio­ning fa­ci­li­ties.

Enjoy life outside

The almost all-around terrace, facing south and east, makes it easy to find a sunny corner – or shelter if the wind picks up. The enclosed terrace creates a safe space for both children and dogs to roam freely, while you sit back and relax with a cup of coffee in hand. When the evening sun lowers behind the dunes, you can slip into the hot tub and feel the warmth spread through your body – perhaps with a chilled drink and a view of the beautiful sky that often trans­forms into a colourful painting at dusk. The upcoming swing will be a welcome detail for the little ones, while you enjoy the serene and natural at­mosp­he­re that surrounds the house.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

The summer house is located in Vejlby Klit, with short distance to both shopping fa­ci­li­ties and the roaring North Sea – giving you a holiday that combines everyday con­ve­ni­en­ce with un­for­get­tab­le nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach, where you can feel the sand between your toes, stroll along the shoreline or take re­fres­hing dips in the sea. The area around Vejlby Klit offers scenic paths perfect for running, cycling or exploring with the family – and if you’re in the mood to discover more, both Lemvig and Thyborøn are within easy reach by car or local train. Enjoy a wide range of excursion op­portu­ni­ties, lovely dining spots and acti­vi­ties that will help create lasting holiday memories.
