Eve­ryt­hing is being renewed – from the roof, floors and Troldtekt ceilings to the kitchen, bathroom and furniture – and outside, a beautiful terrace en­viron­ment is being created with both an outdoor spa and a sauna barrel. All of this is sur­ro­un­ded by a large, private and fenced garden in the middle of the beautiful West Jutland nature.

Every detail of the renova­tion has been carefully con­si­de­red, ensuring the house will feel bright, cosy and welcoming with new materials and a relaxed at­mosp­he­re that perfectly suits holiday life by the North Sea. The new Troldtekt ceilings and floors will create an elegant and calm expres­sion, while the new kitchen and bathroom will give the house a stylish modern touch.

It will be easy to gather family and friends here for cosy holiday days filled with shared cooking, long dinners and relaxing evenings on the sofa after a day at the beach. Large windows allow plenty of natural light inside and create a lovely con­nection to the green garden outside, making nature a natural part of the holiday ex­pe­ri­en­ce. Around the house, a new and inviting terrace en­viron­ment is being created with both south- and east-facing seating areas, allowing you to enjoy the sun from morning until evening. The day can begin quietly with coffee in the morning sun and end with barbecues and long summer evenings under the open sky.

As something truly special, both an outdoor spa and a sauna barrel will be installed on the terrace, giving you your very own private wellness oasis in the middle of the holiday idyll. The large plot is sur­ro­un­ded by pine trees, spruce and dense ve­ge­ta­tion that provide plenty of shelter and a com­ple­te­ly un­dis­tur­bed at­mosp­he­re. At the same time, the garden will be fenced, allowing both children and dogs to play freely and safely in the green sur­ro­un­dings. In the area, you will find cosy holiday towns, local eateries and small at­tra­ctions for the whole family. Take the local train from Victoria Street Station and ex­pe­ri­en­ce the coastline from the train carriage, or visit Thyborøn with its harbour en­viron­ment, aquarium and Coastal Centre. To the south, you will find both Ferring Lake and Bovbjerg Ligh­t­hou­se, where nature reveals itself from its most im­pres­si­ve side.
