It's easy to unwind here and enjoy your holiday in scenic sur­ro­un­dings – sur­ro­un­ded by trees, birdsong and with the North Sea just 500 metres away. Built in classic Danish style, the holiday home underwent a trans­for­ma­tion in 2023 that is evident in both the layout and the at­mosp­he­re. Here, re­laxa­tion, to­get­her­ness and un­for­get­tab­le moments await – both inside and out. And yes, the dog is welcome too!


Welcome inside

The first thing you’ll notice is the bright and cosy interior that instantly makes the house feel like a true holiday retreat. The wood-burning stove provides warmth and ambiance on chilly evenings, and the open-plan living room with soft furniture and large windows is the natural gathering spot for the whole family. The renovated interior offers a pleasant contrast between modern comfort and classic holiday home charm – making it easy to feel at home. When it’s time for in­dul­gen­ce, the in-house wellness area awaits with both an indoor spa bath and sauna. Let the day’s ex­pe­ri­en­ces melt away in heat and steam, while the sound of the wind in the trees hums softly outside. This is ho­li­daying done right.


Enjoy life outside

When the sun is shining and the days are long, life truly unfolds outdoors. The large wooden terrace of 80 m² offers plenty of space to recline in a sun lounger, enjoy your meals in the open air or simply read a good book in the shade. To the east, 20 m² of the terrace is covered, so you’ll always find a com­fortab­le place to sit – even if the dew settles or the sun hangs low in the sky. The trees sur­ro­un­ding the property not only provide shelter but also create a special sense of privacy and peace that's hard to find elsewhere. There's room here for children, adults and dogs alike – and time to just be present.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

From the holiday home, you’ll have easy access to the wide coastline and dunes of the North Sea, just 500 metres away. You can begin the day with a re­fres­hing walk along the water or perhaps collect shells and build sandcast­les with the kids. Vrist is known for its tranquil at­mosp­he­re and classic holiday home charm, but also for its con­ve­ni­ent location near both Harboøre and Thyborøn, where you’ll find shops, re­stau­rants and cultural ex­pe­ri­en­ces such as the Coastal Centre and Jyl­landsAkva­ri­et. With a nearby stop on the VLTJ local railway, you can easily hop aboard and explore the coast – and always return to the peace and quiet of your holiday home on Fourmivej 10.
