New holiday home in the first row of dunes with dune views

At Flyv­holmvej 29C, you will have a truly special holiday base in the first row of dunes by the North Sea. The holiday home will be completed in 2027 and will feature a bright and inviting interior, while the house itself offers views of the cha­ra­cte­ri­stic West Jutland dunes. Here, wonderful sur­ro­un­dings have been created for a holiday filled with re­laxa­tion, play and cosy time together – and with features including an activity room, outdoor spa, sauna and a large terrace, there are plenty of op­portu­ni­ties to enjoy your days both indoors and outside.

Welcome inside

Inside, you are greeted by a bright and modern holiday at­mosp­he­re, where the inviting sur­ro­un­dings make it easy to relax from the very first day. The holiday home is ideal for a family or two smaller families who would like to spend their holiday together while still having plenty of space around them. The shared living areas provide a natural setting for cosy holiday moments, whether you gather around the breakfast table, relax after a trip to the North Sea or enjoy a quiet evening together. If the children or adults are in the mood for a little more activity, they can head to the activity room for some fun com­pe­ti­tions and plenty of laughs. After a day in the fresh sea air, it is lovely to return home, sit back and enjoy the bright sur­ro­un­dings with views of the dune landscape just outside.

Enjoy life outside

The large terrace extends almost all the way around the holiday home, giving you the op­portu­ni­ty to find a pleasant spot in the sun at different times of the day. Here, you can enjoy your morning coffee in peace and quiet with the dunes providing a beautiful backdrop, and later the family can gather for lunch or a cosy barbecue under the open sky. Part of the terrace is enclosed, which is practical if small children or the family dogs are joining you on holiday. When you feel like a little extra in­dul­gen­ce, you can sink into the warm water of the outdoor spa, enjoy the heat of the sauna or take a re­fres­hing shower outdoors. The grounds also offer plenty of op­portu­ni­ties for play and activity with both a tram­po­li­ne and swings, so there is something here for the whole family.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions­T­he location in the first row of dunes is something truly special. The high dunes are right outside, with the North Sea waiting on the other side, allowing beach life to become a natural part of the rhythm of your holiday. You can start the day with a re­fres­hing walk along the water, let the dog feel the wind in its fur or take the family down to build sandcast­les and feel the sand between your toes. The area around Vrist and Vejlby Klit also offers good op­portu­ni­ties for shopping and local excur­sions. For example, take the local train to Thyborøn or Lemvig, explore the natural sur­ro­un­dings around Ferring Lake, or head south to Bovbjerg Ligh­t­hou­se and enjoy the views along the coast.
