This lovely house is situated on a dune amid the dune landscape. The holiday home ac­com­moda­tes 6 people. The beach is ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 300 metres from the house. The living and dining area has tiled flooring. The lounge is divided into two sections: a cosy corner with a wood‑burning stove and a TV area. German TV is received via satellite dish. New 49" Smart TV and a DVD player are available. There is also a heat pump in the house, which can help reduce electri­ci­ty costs as it is energy‑efficient. The dining area is located opposite the kitchen. The kitchen is simply equipped with a hob with ceramic cooktop, oven, dis­hwas­her, microwave and fridge/freezer. The house’s washing machine is also located in the kitchen. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and shower. Guests have access to three bedrooms in total: 2S + 2S + DB (two rooms with two single beds each and one room with a double bed). The holiday home has internet access (Wi‑Fi 500/500 Mbit). Gas grill included (gas supplied). There are two terraces at the house; the large wooden terrace at the rear is partially covered. No pets allowed. Smoking is not permitted. The holiday home was built in 1976.
