Lovely pool house for 10 persons

This pool house is set on a large dune plot, ac­com­moda­tes 10 persons and is only about 500 meters from the beach. From the cosy sofa area you have a direct view of the fireplace and can watch the flames. The living and dining area is open to the kitchen. The large dining table offers plenty of space for meals and for children to craft or draw. The entire living and dining area has new laminate flooring. German TV channels are available via satellite dish. Opposite the dining area is the open kitchen. The newly installed fitted kitchen (2022) provides eve­ryt­hing needed for daily cooking and includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, dis­hwas­her and fridge/freezer.

There are 2 bathrooms with un­der­floor heating. Both bathrooms have a toilet, washbasin and shower. One bathroom also houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. A sauna is available in the holiday home. A fixed-water whirlpool (for approx. 5 persons) is located in the pool area.

The house has suf­fi­ci­ent bedrooms for 10 persons — five bedrooms in total. Four bedrooms each have a double bed (2 × 90 x 200 cm) and one bedroom has a 3/4 double bed. The pool area is separate and accessed through a glass door from the dining area. The swimming pool measures approx. 7.70 x 2.70 x 1.30 m (L x W x D). The holiday home has internet access (Wi‑Fi). Ad­di­tio­nal charges apply for water consump­tion; these are paid on departure together with the electri­ci­ty bill. On one side of the house there is a sandbox and a swing frame where children can play. Smoking is not permitted. Built in 1992. Maximum three pets allowed.
