Elegant holiday home with sauna and whirlpool

Very modern and ta­ste­ful­ly furnished holiday home on a 3,100 m² lawn plot. The property ac­com­moda­tes 6–8 people and the beach is approx. 1 km away. The entire house is tiled except for the bedrooms, which have laminate floors. The décor is stylish and well co­or­di­na­ted. Spacious modern living room with a com­fortab­le seating area. TV via Stofa (only approx. 5–8 German channels). A fireplace is located in the rear living area; a small step leads to the dining area and the open kitchen. The kitchen features a hob with ceramic cooktop, an oven at working height, dis­hwas­her, microwave and fridge/freezer.

There are two bathrooms. The smaller bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and shower with ample counter space. The larger bathroom includes a toilet, washbasin, shower, sauna and whirlpool; the washing machine and tumble dryer are located here.

There are three bedrooms in total: two with double beds and the third with two single beds plus a bunk bed. The master bedroom has electric ad­ju­stab­le beds. At the rear of the house there is a large tiled terrace, partly covered. For the little guests there is a swing set with slide and a climbing frame. The garden is fenced. The holiday home has internet access (Wi‑Fi). Max. 2 pets allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Built in 2006.
