The living room features a wood-burning stove, TV with DR channels, Chro­mecast and satellite dish. Wireless internet access. New open kitchen with dis­hwas­her, stove with ceramic hob and fridge/freezer. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. 1 bedroom with 1 single bed. In this room you will also find the house’s washing machine. Lovely bathroom with tiles from floor to ceiling, wash ar­ran­ge­ment, wall-mounted toilet and shower. Solar heating and heat pump. The house has 2 lovely terraces, one with direct access from the dining room, as well as another secluded south-facing terrace.

Smoking is not allowed!

Pets are not allowed — however, with the exception of one small dog! (max. 30 cm over the back)

Youth groups under 25 years are not allowed!

Built in 1937, renovated in 2019 and partially renovated/re­fur­bis­hed in 2019.
