Bright, family‑friendly holiday home on a lovely enclosed natural plot, approx. 1.2 km from the beach. The holiday home is approved for 6 people and provides eve­ryt­hing you need for your stay. The plot is fenced with trees, and at the back you can quietly enjoy sun­bat­hing on the terrace. There is a sandbox right by the terrace. A small playhouse with a slide for the little guests is also available on the plot. All rooms have the same laminate flooring, creating a uniform look. The living area features a wood‑burning stove. The house has a heat pump, which can help reduce electri­ci­ty costs as it is energy‑efficient. German TV is received via satellite dish. The kitchen is equipped with a hob with cooking plates, an oven, microwave, dis­hwas­her and fridge/freezer. There are three bedrooms in total, each with two single beds. The bathroom has un­der­floor heating, a toilet, washbasin, shower, sauna and whirlpool. The holiday home has internet access (Wi‑Fi). Max. 2 pets allowed. Smoking is not permitted. The holiday home was built in 1964 and renovated in 1992.
