Welcome inside
Built in 2009 and measuring 140 m², the house can be described as a modern re­in­ter­pre­ta­tion of a tra­di­tio­nal Scan­di­navi­an log home. Rustic, untreated beams adorn the interior walls, and in classic style there is a vaulted ceiling, a built‑in fireplace and divided‑pane windows. The windows are extra large for ample light, and modern comforts include un­der­floor heating, an open kitchen and a bathroom with spa and sauna. The whole house has a lovely at­mosp­he­re that invites slow‑paced holiday living — good food, wellness breaks, card games and whatever else you dream up. The layout comprises a de­light­ful living room with in­te­gra­ted kitchen, two bathrooms and three bedrooms, providing sleeping space for up to eight people.

Enjoy life outside
On the 1,800 m² plot there is a carport and a paved parking area facing the road. Around the house there are several terrace areas to choose from, including a covered section that quickly becomes a favourite in the evenings when the dew falls but the weather is still fine. The expansive lawn offers plenty of space for acti­vi­ties; bring pétanque or other garden games and stage your own holiday tour­na­ment.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The log house is quietly set back on the small gravel road Søringen, only 625 metres from Grærup Beach and the North Sea. Grærup is perfect for slowing down and enjoying nature: depending on the weather and season you can head to the beach for a swim or a walk, or visit Grærup fishing lake to try your luck. The area’s extensive he­at­hlands are good for spotting red deer and hearing their calls, and marked walking trails run through Kjærgaard and Vejers dune plan­ta­tion. Vejers Beach and Blåvand are also great excursion desti­na­tions for beach life and cosy holiday town at­mosp­he­re.
