The house has two bathrooms with un­der­floor heating. Laundry fa­ci­li­ties include a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a sauna and a spa for four people connected to the pool room. The kitchen is open to the dining area and there is a cosy fireplace room set one step down. The rooms are bright with good natural light. The pool area is accessed from the hallway. The kitchen is well equipped with dis­hwas­her, microwave, hob, ceiling extractor and fridge with freezer. The fireplace room has a wood‑burning stove, TV and wireless internet. The pool room has lounge seating; the pool measures approx. 7 x 4 metres with a depth of approx. 1.5 metres.

The house has five bedrooms. Each of the five bedrooms has a double bed, and there is also a double bed on a loft accessed from the living room. The house is child‑friendly. There is a partly enclosed tiled terrace and a barbecue available in the summer season.

Heating is provided by an energy‑saving heat pump, electric radiators and a wood‑burning stove. Extra charge for water consump­tion. Smoking is not permitted. Youth groups are not allowed. Pets are not permitted. Year built 1992; renovated in 2019.
