In­cre­di­bly lovely newly built holiday home for 6 Vejers fans, situated on a 1,240 m² dune plot, about 100 meters from Vejers South Beach. For more than 6 persons or if you wish to use the gu­est­hou­se, please read the note at the bottom.

The house is bright and pleasant with an open-plan living area and kitchen/dining space, large west-facing glass panels offering views over the natural plot. Entrance through the utility room with cupboards, washing machine and tumble dryer. From there you enter the living area with cathedral ceiling and tiled floors with un­der­floor heating.

At­tra­cti­ve open kitchen fully equipped with dis­hwas­her, microwave, built-in oven, induction hob and fridge/freezer. The kitchen opens to the dining area and a lovely living room with TV (Smart TV) and wood-burning stove, Stofa TV package and wireless internet. The house has 3 bedrooms: two bedrooms each with a double bed and wardrobes, and one bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a loft (mezzanine) above the double bedrooms. Master bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity and a sauna with views of the dune plot. Guest bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Small hallway with wardrobe cupboards. The fourth bedroom is located in the gu­est­hou­se a few meters from the main house, con­tai­ning a large room with double bed, Smart TV, wardrobes and its own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Please read the note below regarding use of the gu­est­hou­se.

Large panoramic windows facing west to enjoy the beautiful natural landscape. Un­der­floor heating throug­hout the main house and gu­est­hou­se. Tiled floors in living areas, utility room and bathrooms. Bedrooms have oak-look parquet floors. Lovely large wooden terrace area around the house and gu­est­hou­se, part of the terrace is partly covered and there is an outdoor shower. The terrace can be enjoyed from morning to evening. The house is located on a lovely natural dune plot with marram grass. Smoking is not permitted. One dog is allowed but may not go on furniture or beds. The house is not whe­el­chair ac­ces­sib­le. The gu­est­hou­se must be booked/paid for if you come with more than 6 persons or wish extra space. The gu­est­hou­se key is only handed over if the gu­est­hou­se booking has been purchased.
