Newly built and exciting holiday home for di­s­cer­ning guests in Vejers. The cottage is con­structed from top-quality materials and features a modern, trendy and stylish design that blends well with the sur­ro­un­dings. The holiday home is suitable for 6+2 persons.

The property offers a wonderful modern at­mosp­he­re with large panoramic windows facing the sea. There is a sea view from the first floor. The outdoor areas provide beautiful sunsets to be enjoyed from the large wra­pa­ro­und wooden terrace. The house stands on a dune plot about 100 metres from the beach and within short distance of shops and re­stau­rants.

The house spans two floors. On the ground floor are the kitchen, entrance hall, dining area, bathroom and two bedrooms each measuring 160 x 200 cm. The entrance hall offers ample space including a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC. A washing machine and dryer are located in the utility room. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer com­part­ment and dis­hwas­her. The house has a bio‑fireplace that must be fuelled only with bio‑ethanol; a bottle can be purchased at the office for Dkr 40 or €6.

On the upper floor is the living area with sofa/TV corner. There is another bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). There are two ad­di­tio­nal sleeping places (140 x 200 cm) in an alcove. The upper floor also has a guest bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. TV is via Smart TV and Google Chro­mecast. The holiday home has internet access (Wi‑Fi). The house is heated by un­der­floor heating and a heat pump, resulting in low energy consump­tion. The property also features a large wooden terrace partially fenced around the house, an outdoor hot tub and an outdoor shower. No pets are allowed except one small dog with a maximum back height of 30 cm; cats are permitted. Smoking in the holiday home is not allowed. The living area is 154 m². The house was newly built in 2022. A gas grill is provided — guests must supply gas for the grill them­sel­ves and clean it after use. Three parking spaces are available at the house.
