Centrally located two‑storey summer house for 6–8 people, approx. 200 metres from the beach. Entrance is through the main living area. The open living space includes the kitchen, a sofa area with a view of the wood‑burning stove and the dining area; the space is open to the first floor. The kitchen is built from Leca elements with open shelving and includes a dis­hwas­her, hob, extractor hood, fridge with small freezer com­part­ment and microwave. The living area has tiled flooring.

The first floor features a TV with satellite reception (no Danish channels), a small dining table and access to a west‑facing balcony. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower/WC and a spa, plus a guest toilet. A utility/technical room with washing machine and side entrance is provided.

There are 4 bedrooms: DB + DB + 2B + 2B — two bedrooms with double beds and two bedrooms with bunk beds (suitable only for smaller children). The plot is sloping with a tiled terrace and a long driveway. Smoking is not permitted. Built in 1996.
