Inviting holiday home with an in­te­r­e­sting layout

Bright and friendly holiday home called "Karen", located amid the dunes and sur­ro­un­ded by bushes and rose hips. The property ac­com­moda­tes 4 people. The beach is approx. 400 metres from the house. The living, dining and kitchen area is tiled. The living area features a fireplace and a TV. There is a heat pump. German TV is received via satellite dish and Stofa. Chro­mecast is available. The open kitchen is equipped with a hob with ceramic cooktop, oven, dis­hwas­her, microwave and fridge/freezer. Guests have access to a large bathroom and a guest WC. The large bathroom includes a toilet, washbasin, shower, sauna and whirlpool. The guest WC has a toilet and washbasin; the washing machine and tumble dryer are also located here. There are three bedrooms in total: one with a double bed and two with one single bed each. Two pleasant terrace areas are available; one of them is partly covered. The holiday home has internet (Wi‑Fi 200/200 Mbit). Free access to the fitness centre in Vejers in 2023. No pets allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. There is a swing on the property. A charging point for electric vehicles is also provided. Built in 1995.
