Cosy summer house with open kitchen and sauna

This cosy, ta­ste­ful­ly furnished holiday house stands on a well‑kept, level plot of approx. 2,000 m².
The plot is partly sheltered by large trees and the house is only about 1,500 metres from the beach. A re­stau­rant, mini‑golf and shops are within approx. 300 metres. The nearby forest is also within easy reach.
The house ac­com­moda­tes 5 people and offers a modern, con­tem­porary interior. It is not suitable for whe­el­chairs. Heating is by wood‑burning stove, an electric heat pump or electric radiators.

An open kitchen connects to the living room, which benefits from ample daylight through roof skylights. From the living room there is direct access to a covered terrace and to a terrace on the north side of the house. The living room has a wood‑burning stove, a smart TV with Google Chro­mecast, satellite and DR TV. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, fridge/freezer, dis­hwas­her and microwave.
There are three bedrooms: DB (180x200) + DB (140x200) + 2S — two rooms with double beds and one room with two single beds. All bedrooms have wardrobes and blackout curtains.
A large bathroom has a shower cabin and direct access to the sauna. The bathroom features un­der­floor heating, washing machine, tumble dryer and a heated towel rail.

There are sheltered seating spots on the plot and large newly laid terraces on both the north and south sides of the house, furnished for outdoor dining and re­laxa­tion. The grounds offer plenty of space for play and ball games and include a swing frame. Parking is on a gravel area.
A gas grill is available for guest use (guests must clean it after use). Cushions for the garden furniture are stored in the tool shed.

Built in 1974 and fully renovated in 2002; the property is main­tai­ned con­ti­nuous­ly.
