Stylish, modern holiday home with whirlpool and sauna

Very modern holiday home, both outside and inside, situated on a large, quiet wooded plot and equipped with eve­ryt­hing needed for its 8 guests. The holiday home is ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 1.5 km from the beach.

The living, dining and kitchen areas are open to each other and laid with at­tra­cti­ve dark floor tiles. The rooms are otherwise bright. The fireplace is built into a kind of central “column.” The whole house has un­der­floor heating, kept on year‑round to prevent damp since there are no radiators. The living room features a com­fortab­le leather seating set, and the chairs at the large dining table are colour‑co­or­di­na­ted. German TV is received via satellite. Skylights between the living and dining areas provide plenty of light and can be opened me­cha­ni­cal­ly.

The dining area is set in a bay with large windows that bring in extra light. From the living area a wooden staircase with handrail leads up to a mezzanine with two cosy armchairs. The mezzanine is separated by glass so you can watch what’s happening below while still having a bit of privacy. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with ceramic hob, an oven, dis­hwas­her and fridge‑freezer. There are two bathrooms: one with WC, washbasin, shower, sauna and a large whirlpool; the second with WC, washbasin and shower. There are four bedrooms in total: DB + DB + DB + DB. The holiday home has internet access (Wi‑Fi). Washing machine and dryer are located in a utility room. A large terrace adjoins the house and the plot offers plenty of space for play and acti­vi­ties for both small and older guests, e.g. a quick football match. Smoking is not allowed. Maximum three pets permitted. Year built 2009.
