Tasteful holiday home with large garden area

This cosy holiday home ac­com­moda­tes a total of 8 people, with occupancy set at a maximum of four adults and four children. The property is situated on a large enclosed natural plot about 2 km from the beach. Inside, the house features lots of wood which creates a warm and welcoming at­mosp­he­re. The living area is painted white, providing a bright interior. There is a wood‑burning stove in the living area. A heat pump has also been installed, which can help reduce electri­ci­ty costs as it is energy‑efficient. German TV is received via satellite dish. For evening en­tertain­ment there is a Play­Sta­tion available for guests to use. The living and dining area is open to the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a hob with ceramic cooktop, microwave, dis­hwas­her and fridge/freezer. The holiday home has two bathrooms. One bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and shower and also houses a washing machine with in­te­gra­ted dryer. The second bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, towel radiator and shower. There are four bedrooms in total: DB + DB + 2S + 2S. One bedroom has a double bed, another has a three‑quarter bed, and the two remaining bedrooms are children’s rooms with bunk beds (shorter than standard bunks) and are therefore suitable only for children. The large enclosed terrace allows your four‑legged friends to get some air without running off. The holiday home has internet access (Wi‑Fi). A maximum of 3 pets is allowed. Smoking inside the house is not permitted. On the plot there is a swing set, two small football goals, a large sandbox and a new climbing playhouse shaped like a train with a slide, which will delight the children. The holiday home was built in 1969 and renovated in 2006.
