Charming holiday home located in the middle of the dune ridge and less than 100 meters from the beach. The holiday home is furnished for 5 guests. It is bright and plea­sant­ly furnished. The holiday home is ta­ste­ful­ly decorated. In the living room there is a light, cozy leather sofa available. From the sofa you have a great view of the fireplace. You receive the German TV program via Stofa, therefore you can only receive 5–8 German channels. There is a heat pump in the holiday home. With this heat pump you have the po­s­si­bi­li­ty to reduce electri­ci­ty costs, as the heat pump is energy-efficient. The generous kitchen area is in­te­gra­ted with the dining area, es­sen­ti­al­ly as an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with ceramic hob, an oven, a dis­hwas­her and a fridge-freezer com­bi­na­tion. The bathroom has a toilet, a washbasin, a shower and a sauna. The washing machine is also located in the bathroom. There are three lovely bedrooms in the house. Two of them are each furnished with a double bed and the third has a single bed. The terrace runs around the holiday home. At the rear is a beautiful wooden terrace which is enclosed. Two small areas are even covered. At the rear there is a staircase to the dunes. The holiday home has an internet con­nection (Wi‑Fi). A maximum of one pet is allowed. Smoking is not permitted. The holiday home was built in 1987.
