Well‑kept holiday home with whirlpool and sauna

Beautiful holiday home situated on a dune in a lovely setting. You reach the holiday home via a small staircase. The house is equipped for 8 guests. The beach is approx. 150 metres away. The living room has tiled floors and the wood‑burning stove is located there. German TV channels are received via satellite dish; there is also a Smart TV. A small step leads up to the dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with hob with ceramic cooktop, oven at working height, dis­hwas­her, microwave and fridge/freezer. Two skylights above the sink bring extra brigh­t­ness into the kitchen.

There are two bathrooms in total. The small guest bathroom has WC, washbasin and shower. The large bathroom features WC, washbasin, shower, sauna and a standing whirlpool. The whirlpool is kept filled with water and is therefore ready for use on arrival.

There are four bedrooms: two with double beds (180 x 200), one with a double bed (140 x 200) and one with two single beds. Washing machine and tumble dryer are in the utility room.

The holiday home has Wi‑Fi and a heat pump, which can help reduce electri­ci­ty costs as it is energy‑efficient. The large terrace area is enclosed and therefore suitable for your pets; they can step outside for fresh air without running off, and there is space for sun­bat­hing. Maximum two pets allowed. From the terrace you have a great panoramic view. Smoking inside the holiday home is not permitted.

On another small dune there is a seating area reachable via stairs. There is also a garden pavilion on the property which can be heated with an electric heater; it is furnished with at­tra­cti­ve rattan furniture and has a tiled floor. From here you also enjoy a wonderful panoramic view. Built in 1992.
