Modern and very beautiful low-energy holiday home for 8 di­s­cer­ning Vejers fans, situated on a scenic dune plot approx. 75 metres from the beach.

The house is built in en­viron­men­tal­ly friendly materials with a grass roof and hardwood cladding. The house contains: large entrance hall with good wardrobe space, from which you enter a wide di­stri­bu­tion corridor with a vaulted ceiling. 3 spacious bedrooms each with a wide double bed (2 mattres­ses of 90 cm width and 200 cm length); in addition, there is 1 bedroom with 1 narrow double bed (120 cm wide and 2 metres long) as well as a higher bunk above. A master bathroom with shower, washbasin ar­ran­ge­ment, wall-hung toilet, a corner spa for 2 people as well as a sauna with window. Both from the spa and the sauna the view over the dune landscape can be enjoyed, and from the bathroom there is access to the terrace. The house also has a guest bathroom with a wide shower, toilet and washbasin ar­ran­ge­ment as well as washing machine and tumble dryer. The centre of the house is the large fantastic living area, which with its vaulted ceiling and large panoramic windows on 3 sides invites to wellness for the soul. The living room is in open con­nection with a white designer kitchen with all comforts, such as a Quooker, baking oven as well as a combi oven, induction hob, dis­hwas­her and combined fridge/freezer. The living area is divided into dining section, sofa/TV corner as well as reading and cosy nooks. The cen­trepi­e­ce of the large living area is the built-in wood-burning stove, which can be enjoyed from all angles.

There is a large wooden terrace around the house. In front of the house tiles have been laid with a small morning terrace, where breakfast can be enjoyed at sunrise for the early risers.

Electric cars can be charged at the house. Only one dog is allowed. The dog must not be on the furniture or in the beds.

Smoking is not permitted. Cats are not permitted. Ad­di­tio­nal charge for water consump­tion.
