This at­tra­cti­ve holiday home is divided into two units and ac­com­moda­tes a total of 6 persons. The beach is approx. 200 metres away on foot. Shopping fa­ci­li­ties are just around the corner. The so‑called main house contains the living area, kitchen, one bedroom and the large bathroom. The annex/guest house contains two further bedrooms and a guest WC. All floors in both units are tiled. The cosy living and dining area features a wood‑burning stove and un­der­floor heating. There is a heat pump in the holiday home, which can help reduce electri­ci­ty costs as it is energy‑efficient. German TV channels are received via satellite dish. The kitchen is ef­fecti­ve­ly the heart of the house and is equipped with a hob with ceramic cooktop, oven, dis­hwas­her, microwave and fridge/freezer com­bi­na­tion. The large bathroom has a WC, washbasin, shower and a whirlpool. The washing machine and tumble dryer are also located here. 3 bedrooms: DB + DB + DB (each with a double bed). One bedroom faces the road and has a double bed. In the guest house both bedrooms have double beds with large mattres­ses. Guest WC with washbasin. The holiday home has internet access (Wi‑Fi). Part of the terrace is covered and enclosed. Private charger for electric cars. Maximum 3 pets allowed. Extra charges for water consump­tion may apply. Smoking is not permitted. Built in 1992.
