Cosy holiday home on a large natural plot

This holiday home is located close to the woodland area and is equipped for 6 people. The beach is about 1.8 km from the house. Deer and red deer often come very close to the holiday homes from the adjacent forest and enjoy being treated by guests with fruit and ve­ge­tab­les.

The living room has a fireplace and is bright and welcoming thanks to the many large windows that extend into the dining area. German TV channels are received via satellite. There is a heat pump in the house, which can help reduce electri­ci­ty costs because it is energy efficient. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a stove with ceramic hob, an oven at working height, microwave, dis­hwas­her and fridge‑freezer.

There are two bathrooms: one has a WC, washbasin, shower and sauna, and the washing machine is located here. The second bathroom has a WC, washbasin and shower. There are three bedrooms in total: double bed + double bed + 2 single beds. A small mezzanine is also available for the little guests.

The plot is a true play oasis for children with a large lawn for running and ball games. From the lovely wooden terrace you can watch the children. The play equipment shown in some photos is un­fortu­na­te­ly no longer available. There is an ad­di­tio­nal terrace area by the shed on the plot. The holiday home has internet access (Wi‑Fi). No pets allowed except one small dog with a maximum back height of 30 cm. Smoking is not permitted. The house is built in 2006.
