Cozy holiday home

Cosy holiday home located at the end of a cul‑de‑sac on a natural plot. The holiday home is suitable for 4–6 people. The beach is approx. 2 km from the house. The living room and bedrooms have at­tra­cti­ve wooden floors. The living room features a wood‑burning stove, providing com­fortab­le warmth and Danish “hygge.” The house has a heat pump, which can help reduce electri­ci­ty costs as it is energy‑efficient. German TV is received via satellite dish. The kitchen area is open to the living and dining area and is equipped with a hob with ceramic cooktop, oven, dis­hwas­her, microwave and fridge. The bathroom is light and has a toilet, washbasin and shower. There are three bedrooms in total: two bedrooms each have a double bed and the third has two single beds. A washing machine is also available. For the little guests there is a sandbox, a swing set and a small playhouse on the plot. There are two pleasant terrace areas at the house, one of which is par­ti­cu­lar­ly sheltered. The holiday home has internet access (Wi‑Fi). Pets are not allowed. The holiday home was built in 1968.
